Julie and Steve Hansen While the building is beautiful and the construction crew was fantastic, all the complaints mentioned in the reviews are true. Communication was extremely poor with us having to call for any updates, clarification or anything related to delivery. Delivery was supposed to be on Tuesday, August 18th no call/no show. Will not give you plans until you sign a contract. We would not know what permits would be, what total costs to lay the foundation etc. This is ridiculous. I cant even buy the plans. Went elsewhere and bought plans for $800.
Do not use this company, there are so many more companies you could use. They did not clean up their build site at all, left me hundreds of screws throughout my whole property and driveway so I will have flats for years to come. They left sharp, jagged metal shavings all over the propery for my grandkids to cut their feet on. I erected the building on top of loose gravel they kicked on top of my concrete foundation allowing rain and rodents to be able to pass through.
