We had nothing short of a terrible experience with EMB Metal Buildings. The communication is terrible, and resulted in us having our shop dropped off (literally in pieces on our job site) with no instructions, inventory list, cut schedule or anything. LITERALLY NO INSTRUCTIONS. Upon trying to call or email I was ignored and when I finally got someone on the phone, was told I paid in full and signed the invoice so I’m on my own & it’s my fault for electing drop off. Stay away from this company. They will do and say whatever it takes to make the sales then they will start backing out of the agreement. After my own experience and reading a few reviews im thinking it might be best to use another company. Its in the contract that they install for free but yet they are trying to say they gave me a discount and that they won't install. How does that work? Shady company
They don’t answer the phone, they don’t return calls. The charged me a 20% surcharge to use a debit card. They don’t deliver, they don’t do repairs on a building they built or at least the building the previous company they bought out built. I would not do business with these people again under any circumstance.
Poor communication and delays from beginning to end. Our building has been up for over 5 months. It took over 4 months to get our leaky roof and overhang front and back fixed and installed. Two of our roll up doors still dont operate without much muscle and hurting hands. I had to read prints and tell the crew to add purlins and a 2 inch tubing band.
