Very negative experience. A total ripoff company. They installed a Control 4 system in 2018. I had to pay $899 in 2021 for them to “fix” it. Then the remote charger died in 2023 and I had to pay a few hundred more for a new one. Then they said I needed a brand new Control 4 box for $900 in 2024. And they charge $175 every time they come to your house no matter if they fix anything or not. Do not hire unless you want to throw your money away.

I cannot say enough positive comments about ECS AV. They are truly the best in all of the South Bay in our opinion (and we vetted 4 of them before moving forward with ECS). They have done both our Audio Visual (hung 5 TVs, installed Sonos plus receivers, hooked up surround sound, etc) as well as did both the base level and higher end Palladiom Lutron blinds in our (relatively) new house in Manhattan Beach.
