My ac upstairs quit and it was 97degrees upstairs! Engineered Comfort Solutions came, discovered the problem, fought off yellow jackets, came back the next day (Sunday) repaired my ac and its now 74 degrees upstairs! Great company with people who actually care and try to do the best job for their customers! An extremely honest company and one I will never hesitate to use or recommend!
Very honest company and I highly recommend. Our AC upstairs unit stopped working, even though we had it inspected 2 times a year for several years. That company came and said I had to replace the whole unit. Engineered Comfort Solutions came to give me a second opinion. They found a loose wire and got it running again. I am staying with ECS!
ECS came in and they diagnosed the problem immediately. Gave us some really good options was 100% transparent with the process and cost. Got us up and running ahead of schedule. Highly recommend Buck and his team.
