He gave us options and explained everything from the beginning and then let us choose. I recently hired Engineered Alarm via their principal Gabriel to complete an alarm system upgrade. Gabriel was very professional and provided prompt service to complete the contract. I purchased a Qolsys IQ4 panel and they made quick work of replacing the old system and programming the new system. They got the new system up and running with the existing wiring in 2-3 hours.
