While sitting at the EngAir Edmonton parts counter looking for a replacement board I was told to call Calgary because Edmonton had no boards in stock and Calgary was showing -2 stock in their inventory system. It was a fight to even get them to give me a timeline of when Edmonton would recieve more of the modules I need to fix the MUA I'm working on.
Terrible service with no knowledge of the industry at all
Lousy service. Unfortunately have to deal with them to get parts. Lucky if you get an answer. Sometimes you are told that their Calgary office sells some parts and even if you go to the edmoton office they won't call Calgary for you or help you out. I recommend buying other units just for the fact that you won't be able to repair it in a timely manner if it breaks down
