Every time we need parts I cant get a hold of anybody there, they have just 1 person for sales? A company of this size? What a joke
While sitting at the EngAir Edmonton parts counter looking for a replacement board I was told to call Calgary because Edmonton had no boards in stock and Calgary was showing -2 stock in their inventory system. It was a fight to even get them to give me a timeline of when Edmonton would recieve more of the modules I need to fix the MUA I'm working on.
Terrible service with no knowledge of the industry at all
