I’m an hvac tech that calls engineered air from time to time. I gotta say that some tech support is horrendous, some is okay from time to time, but I’ve never had a bad experience calling engineered air tech support. I’m actually happy to call them if I can’t figure something out in the first 20 minutes. Keep up the good work.
We had 2 Engineered air Make Up Air units installed at our strata in March 2021. Neither of the units blows as much air as our previous units and when working they only warm a portion of the hallway. One of the units stops heating every week to 10 days. It locks out on the low limit meaning it won't provide heat if it senses cold. We need the kind of heater that works when it's cold as we don't require much heat when it's warm out.
