Was suppose to bore my cylinders for my mower, ordered the pistons he told me I needed and dropped them off...he sits on my engine and pistons for 3 weeks before calling to tell me they weren't the right pistons...well beyond my return window at the parts store...no apology, just excuse after excuse and telling me I should have known they weren't the right size. A: YOURE THE MECHANIC not me, and B: Don't accept a job if your going to sit on it for almost a month. Again...NO APOLOGY

Im going to start by saying that in the end my mower WAS fixed. The reason I gave it a low review is for what happened. The person I dealt with was Charlie W. he seems knowledgeable but looks like he's got a lot going on. My zero turn just stopped working even though it had a pretty new battery. Charlie called me and stated the conversation with "Im already $60 in I removed a panel and check for loose connectors and everything seemed ok" he then said that it looked my battery was the problem because he tested and it was not ... read more
