I walked into the store with a relatively new chainsaw. I was anxious about the warranty not covering the issue, losing money on the purchase, or getting frustrated just by the whole process; I bet many of us have been there (not to mention the wasted time). Bought a riding mower here two years ago and it’s been a lemon since the day we bought it! It broke the first time we used it and took them 2 months to repair it in the spring. So we had to buy another mower just to cut the grass. We’ve had over 10 repairs on it since we first bought it. Their customer service is terrible and I will never purchase from them again!

Extremely helpful staff. The two younger gentlemen behind the counter took time to help me install a head for a weed eater that I didn't even purchase with them. I will definitely be going back for any future purchases or information needed. Keep it up guys!
