Rokket from the engine lab has been so amazing. So extremely professional and what I really like about this shop is that they communicate very very well. Everything's in detail. my car to this shop for fuel injector cleaning and O-ring replacement, but I encountered several issues. First, they only replaced the O-ring on one injector, even though it would have made sense to replace all of them or at least inform me and recommend it. I was not warned about this in advance, and no advice was given. Second, when I asked directly about the condition of the injectors and O-rings, the answers were vague. I’ve never had a more positive experience with a shop than the Engine Lab, Rokket was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. Their emphasis on quality and performance is bar-none, truly the best in the business. You won’t find a single low quality part in this shop like other companies in the area. The entire experience was exemplary and I would recommend this company to anyone. If I could give it 10 stars I would!
