This guy is great and does a great job. I would recommend him to others.
There's a reviewer on Yahoo! who also stated that the receptionist has an attitude. I called with a question about the results I got from an abstracting order and she's very reluctant to transfer the call to anyone else. Her telephone "greeting" is cold and her demeanor is defensive before the conversation even goes anywhere.
