I usually love this hardware store, but have a real bad taste in my mouth after a recent experience. On June 11th I ordered, and paid for, metal that I needed for an upcoming project I had scheduled. I was told, in person, that if it isn't in store to just let them know and they would order it. So I let them know exactly what it was, paid for it in full in advance ($320 worth of metal) and went about my business.
