Was given a very fair, realistic, honest appraisal on real estate. Done in a timely manner and very courteous.
I would not recommend them to anyone. They valued a Home, lg metal barn, lg metal shed, 3 granaries, a shed, 2 storage buildings, a cable pen and corral system at $10,000 total. All in average condition. Appraisal not worth the paper written on.
