Got the small part I needed for a 40 yr old Engel. Had a couple of emails the day prior to ensure had it and I didn't need to buy a whole pack. I may need a new seal as well and the guy gave me run down on options. Pleasant in-shop experience all round.
Fantastic service, Henry was able to help me diagnose and facilitated my repair on my 25 year old engle fridge...no one in Victoria could help me.. Absolutely outstanding Henry, thank you dearly... Highly recommend Engleland.

What appalling service and extremely poor customer relations today! A wasted trip and a wild goose chase despite ringing yesterday to see if fridge basket was in stock. I wasted precious time, effort and was inconvenienced. Store person was rude and abusive and had major anger management issues. I will never shop here again despite buying an Engel here previously. I strongly suggest customers go elsewhere. Atrocious!!!
