Poor communication and frustratingly long turnaround times. Dropped off an Engel fridge and was spoken down to upfront, then waited months and had to call repeatedly just to get the inspection done. Collecting the fridge involved rude customer service and a steep $10 tap-and-go fee. Would not recommend.

I recently visited Engeland Balcatta and had a fantastic experience. The entire team is professional and welcoming, but I want to give a special shout-out to Dianne. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled perfectly. Her knowledge, patience, and friendly attitude made the whole process seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to find such high-quality customer service these days, and Dianne is a star! Highly recommend!

I phoned them to discuss repairing my old Engel. I was excited to discover a company who had repair parts, that is so cool in our throwaway society. Unfortunately the guy on the phone was probably the rudest person I ever had the misfortune to deal with. Wasn't interested in the least to do business, just interrupted me repeatedly ('can't do anything') or ('it's the compressor').
