Literally unreliable and marginally fraudulent! Broker Chris Junge sold me a boat with tons of encouraging "facts" verbally, which I discovered to be mostly false or misrepresented after taking ownership. Alas I had signed his P&S with "as is" so that I have no legal recourse. Suffice it to give one example: Chris saw myself and a friend off from the Chesapeake to Narragansett bay in full comfidence; sludge in the fuel tanks stalled both engines 24 hours later!
