If he's assigned to you as a court appointed attorney, beg for new representation. He never returned a single call or email in the months he was suppose to be representing me. The only two emails I ever received were one asking me for a witness list and one telling me to just drop my case. Never let me know my court date was postponed. Never let me know the other party filed a motion for dismissal. Nothing. And now I've wasted an entire year.

He took $1500 for my divorce and custody hearing and never filed my divorce papers I reached out multiple time to where he stopped responding to me and my custody agreement was a joke and I had to do it my self.
Don't use him he will take your money and will stop answering your calls
