I was going to kill 2 birds with one stone and ask about getting my 40L Engle looked at after I visited the wonderful bloke at Metro Sheet Metal and Fabrication which are in the same carpark. Engel land carpark side was empty so I parked there and walked across the carpark to Metro then this rude bloke told me to move my car 10m. Lost a customer to poor customer service.
HORRIBLE customer service. also come across as rude and never seem like they want to help the customer.. took a engel fridge back under warranty as it wasn’t working and now they wanna charge me for looking at it..
Rude man told us he didn't like our attitude before we even managed to ask for what we were after. Left never to return or use this business.
