I called for Mr. Engel on 10/16/2008 and was treated very poorly by the secretary. If you are going to own a business make sure the people answering your phones are kind and nice. She asked me a question and left me on hold for 3 minutes, picked back up the phone and asked another question and placed me on hold again, I finally asked her why she was being so rude and she hung up on me.
This guys has a rude secretary and I will not call there ever again. I will take my business else where.
