I wanted to thank Dr Engel, Dan Silva and the entire wonderful staff that worked with me over an extended period of time to get me what I have dreamed of having for years and that was a smile I could be proud of. Dr Engel did all of the surgical procedures, and Dan was the artist who give me my new smile.
