After ordering & paying for a part I received an email saying the part was actually coming from Germany (not Michigan). I'm 4 weeks into it and the part has been languishing in a UPS warehouse in PA for 3+ weeks. UPS says they can't release the part until they get a response from Engel Imports about its manufacture and country of origin. I've called Engel several times and their response is simply that there is nothing they can do and they won't refund my money because as far as they are concerned the part is still "on its w... read more
Great experience with my eType steering rack. Not only the refurbished part was well done, but the transaction was extremely smooth. And the credit for returning my old rack was applied immediately. A good partner for Jaguar parts.
Great place for unusual parts. They had the windshield wiper blades I needed for my 1986 Panther Kallista at a fair price and quick delivery. I talked to 3 other places and was told that they were unavailable. 5 minutes on the phone and they were on the way same day. They are going to be my go to dealer from now on.
I called and spoke to Rick in the parts department on Wednesday verified that I looked up the correct parts and placed my order. Here it is Friday and the parts are in my hand top notch service will definitely order from them again
The only people to talk to when you are looking for a Jaguar part you can't find anywhere else. Some order inaccuracies when getting parts occasionally.
