Very concerned with my Father's complaints he's shared with family. Left numerous msgs with this Gables Facility. It's been over 5 days. This is unacceptable.
My mother moved to the Gables Assisted Living in mid July. The team and residents made her welcome immediately. It was if she was their family right from the start. Jamie, Liz, Emily and Clay all contributed to this huge transition with so much help in getting her familiar and situated in her new apartment. As her daughter, I was fearful that my Mom would be wishing she was back in her condo. My sisters, Judy and Janielle, and I could not have found a better place for our sister Maryann. Everyone is very attentive and helpful, and there are always activities to keep Maryann busy.
We can't say enough positive things about The Gables Assisted Living and their staff. Our folks moved into The Gables in August and they both just passed. We miss them terribly yet they couldn't have been in a better facility, surrounded by caring staff. Liz and Jamie are kind, informative, and insightful - they coordinate seamlessly.
