First time doing business here, will not be the last! Extremely happy with our experience!
I watched them crash a piece of equipment into someone's camper at the fair and then act like it wasn't their fault. They literally ignored the owner of the camper when he came out and the driver proceeded to yell at anyone and everyone around him like it was their fault he can't drive and instead of reigning his employee in, the owner backed him up and layed hands on civilians who were trying to de-escalate his employee. Bought a brand new conveyor that we cannot get Engel Agri Sales to service. Called several times with the issue and They have not helped us at all and they show no intentions of caring whether it ever works or is a complete waste of $16,000 for us. We have been treated very very rudely and we will have to take them to court. I recommend you stay clear of this business. Zero stars is my rating.
Brand new Batco auger he sold me wouldn’t run. Kept tripping the motor on the auger. So I bought a new cord and new breaker, still didn’t work. Had power company come out to check voltage, no problems there. Yet Dave still refuses to do any warranty work because “that’s never happened before”. If you buy something from him just pray it works, because Dave won’t be of any assistance if it’s a faulty product.
