This was, hands down, the best food I had in Hawai’i. The reason for this was not just the food, which was high quality, fresh, and delicious, but also the passion poured into every dish. The sake additions, which I highly recommend, elevated the entire meal and the detailed explanation of the process truly make this meal memorable. I have travelled to Japan many times, and I can say, without a doubt, this is one of the top three Japanese meals I’ve had.
Seriously? 5 star? Never go big city eat Japanese food? The presentation of foods looks like 1980, couple dish looking so low.
