I went from a 5 star review to a 1 star review because of the shady business. I bought a Rolex submariner sold as a Rolex date but it was a Rolex no date converted to a Rolex date. I have no problem with this if it was disclosed prior to buying. After finding out Moses didn’t try to make things right. I have all documentation to back it up. See photos. Stay away!!! And save your money!!

I’ve always liked Moses from his videos—he comes across as genuine and trustworthy—but I was honestly nervous about buying a watch through Instagram. I bought a Cartier santos. When it arrived, it wasn’t running and had moisture inside so the crystal would fog up. They did pay for me to send it back and get it fixed, but it was still fogging up. They paid again for me to send it back and get it fixed. As it turns out, the box, card, and all the papers/ booklets the watch came with were 100% fake. I had a really disappointing experience at Moses Jewelry. The staff didn’t seem interested in helping me at all, and I felt completely ignored even though the store wasn’t busy. When I finally asked for assistance, the salesperson was short and dismissive. I expected professionalism from a jewelry store, but the service was rude and careless. I left feeling frustrated and will never recommend this place to anyone.
