Was charged 20.00 for a new subscription that still has 2 years left on the old one. They refunded 17 of it after a month. They said the other 3 bucks was for the first issue that shipped. I didn't receive 2 copies so that was a lie.This has been ongoing for 7 weeks now. A person shouldn't have to work this hard to get back 3 bucks that shouldn't have been taken in the first place. CS says they understand my frustration and they are looking into it. BS
Ordered magazine. Never received it. Emailed, no response. Called 800 number for customer support and got an answering machine. NOT A REAL COMANY!!! DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY TO THESE SCAMMERS!!!
never received back issue order or refund finally had to get PayPal involved. These guys lie and try to hide behind the internet. They are based in NC and claim the refund had to come from India???? Do not risk your money with these guys.
I paid for a subscription to Atomic Ranch in July of 2020. After not receiving an issue, I sent correspondence notifying the company that as of Sept 1st I had not received my 1st issue. Still nothing. After additional correspondence I finally received my 1st issue over 2 mos after I had initiated the subscription.
