We are so grateful for the care and support she has given our cat, Miss Maple May. Dr Cate is incredibly empathetic, supportive, and realistic in her approach. She's also a fantastic communicator, which has made a huge difference for us. We’re not sure where we’d be without her guidance and expertise. Cate is nothing short of magic. She has taken our two anxious rescue dogs (one Rottweiler and one Staffy) who developed interdog aggression and turned them back into friends and playmates. They had several fights resulting in a vet visit for one and a trip to hospital for myself as I tried to intervene. Cate has been a game changer with our two groodles one of which was very excitable and both very reactive to other dogs. One was also a strong lead puller. It was becoming so that I felt I couldn't leave the house with them. Cates training is consistent and kind to the dogs and they are responding very well to the different lessons.Cate spends a lot of time writing detailed individualised reports on the dogs. Dr Cate has been such an incredible help!! I can't thank her enough for all she has taught me. With Dr Cate's help, my dog Hachi's leash reactivity has significantly improved and is only getting better, despite me seeing multiple trainers previously and thinking the situation was beyond my control. I can't wait to keep working with her and learning more from her excellent example.
I cannot speak highly enough of Cate. Experienced, patient and empathic. Cate takes the time to have an in-depth understanding of all the issues, applies her vast knowledge and experience to provide a realistic and effective plan, and provides invaluable nonjudgmental support.
