We have had a fabulous experience with Jay at Engage GD. We moved into a new house with a lemon of an automatic gate. Jay responded quickly and effectively fixed the problem. And later, when we were ready, installed a mag lock. Recently, we needed his help again and we text him on a Saturday and he responded immediately and fixed within an hour.
