We have had a fabulous experience with Jay at Engage GD. We moved into a new house with a lemon of an automatic gate. Jay responded quickly and effectively fixed the problem. And later, when we were ready, installed a mag lock. Recently, we needed his help again and we text him on a Saturday and he responded immediately and fixed within an hour. Jay exceeded expectations - visiting quickly for a quote, and also explaining the differences between various brands of doors and took the time throughout the process to give us info on what he thought would be the best outcome for us. Delivery and install on our two doors was on time and efficient, including clean-up and disposal. It's no surprise that Jay's reviews are all 5 stars.
