The practice is supposed to open at 0900, I tried 3 times and only obtained the answering machine, I finally decided to leave a message as per the machine request. I did not receive a call back all day and as of date of this post still waiting... Per other reviews it may deliver good service, but on that I cannot comment as I couldn't get in. Dr Alex was very friendly and made my 11 year old feel very comfortable, taking him through the different steps so he understood what t expect. Great service all round
