Ive never been to a medical centre with such incompetence. The receptionist were more interested in chatting than doing their job. I attended with a child that had a burn and after 1 hr after my scheduled appointment time I noticed everyone else had been seen. After checking I was told that I wasnt even added to the que to see the Dr with no explanation on why this happened, despite providing my medicare details on arriving at the appointment, as a new patient. Do not go to this clinic if you have other choices. 0 stars.
Note that this medical centre has been acquired by bethany engadine. Suggest not to make booking through Engadine Central website as they have incorrect information there, such as phone number and bulk billing ( no longer offered for 16+ by Bethany). The poor rating mainly to reflect poor communication from Engadine CMC.
