We have a bad drain clog and have called 3 times this past week leaving voice messages and even put a service request in through the website. They are supposed to operate 24/7. Not once have we received a call back at all to acknowledge our calls and service request. This is NOT good customer service at all.

Matt came out for a very stubborn clog that we were worried would not be an easy fix. He was persistent and able to clear the line for us. While he was here, he even quickly fixed up a leaky outdoor water pipe we had. He was very friendly and helpful as we’re new to the area. Thanks again, Matt!
