Michael, Greg and the team are the best in what they do. We have a 3 dogs and the team have been looking after us since day one. Nothing is ever a bother and they are always available with any needs or concerns you may have. The genuine compassion and caring manner in which they look after our pets is truly appreciated. One of our dogs was very sick (Pazza) and stayed in for over a week they truely cared for her as if it was one of there own. Vet was very basic didn’t do a great job. Receptionist has trouble listening and provide mediocre customer service. Don’t pay them until they do what they agreed to do!
Reviews do matter, a simple prostate prognosis taken lightly and spotting from the urethra dismissed. Has caused my Rambo to be put down. When you review your records and respond to me by saying we tried to call you today know that I have been at ARH trying to clean up a pile of blood that you told us to add pressure to which has cause my Rambo to basically have 0 platelet count left. Not to mention a now enlarged prostate and enlarged bladder after your vet conducted a check in May saying everything was normal for his age. ... read more
