We bought a new home and needed the carpets done, at the suggestion of a family member I booked with Enfield. Communication is great as was punctuality, as far as cleaning the carpets, they did a poor job. We had several hi-traffic areas that we knew would still be visible but I've seen a better cleaning with a rug doctor.
