These guys did a great job restoring and recapping our roof. The previous owners had done a dodgy job on the capping and they fixed it all and it looks great. Very happy with their workmanship.
FL Southern Sold me a TPO roofing system, flat roof.. tapered to have no roof standing water. They removed any sub-strait plywood that was questionable. They say now it's settled and here shouldn't be any swells holding water.. I'm not done doing my due diligence on defective products and installation. They refused to correct the issue.. and Left..
They are currently redoing the roofs in our condo association. Just found out they were using our electricity without our knowledge or permission. Entered our lanai without our knowledge or permission. We don't get free electricity here. They're also very messy. Their empty drinking bottles in our yard everywhere.
They came and put a tarp on after hurricane ian, $2200. Then told me they would be out for an estimate, never showed. They called 2 times to let me know that they would be out soon and never showed. I called 2 more times and they never showed.horrible customer service.
Waited weeks for an appointment, then waited hours for the representative for that appointment. Didn’t show. No word from him. I’ll use someone else!
