Amazing staff and service. 👍🏻
The clinic itself is good, but I was really disappointed with the communication from the reception staff. At the front desk, there is a notice saying appointments can be cancelled or changed “two days before.” However, when I called 47 hours before my appointment, I was told it was not allowed because it had to be more than 48 hours. If the policy is strictly 48 hours, then please clearly write “48 hours before” instead of “two days before” to avoid confusion for clients. I am very sorry to say that my experience here was not good, especially when it comes to the customer service. I would not recommend this place. I had a really bad experience, particularly with the manager. It was very disappointing for me. 😞
