I am very sorry to say that my experience here was not good, especially when it comes to the customer service. I would not recommend this place. I had a really bad experience, particularly with the manager. It was very disappointing for me. 😞
I had an extremely uncomfortable experience with a person who introduced himself as Jason. I had a dental procedure at this clinic last year, which was fully covered by insurance. A year and a half later, I suddenly began receiving calls from collectors over an alleged balance of $4. Yes, four dollars. WARNING This place is the worst I have ever been to — and not because of their dental services. The doctors are great, but they have a manager who talks to employees as if they were slaves. He is extremely disrespectful, to the point that he doesn’t even care if there are patients in the clinic. I’m in the process of filing a complaint with the dentists college. We came in for a simple tooth filling, where both dentist and secretary assured us it was covered. We go ahead and finish the filling. Few days later they call us saying it wasn’t covered and we need to pay for it. After telling them how they assured us it was covered, the dentist started getting defensive and raised her voice (where’s your professionalism as a healthcare provider?).
