*UPDATE: Owner inspected our install & determined that standards had changed since our install. He agreed, even though previous owner did the install, to make the necessary repairs free of charge so we agreed to pay him to do our needed maintenance. His crew was on time, efficient, & great to work with. We appreciate his help & understanding to our situation. Therefore I am changing their review back to 5*. <We just found out original wiring may not be done correctly, so review is pending resolution to issues.
