I am very disappointed with the companies warranty. We replaced our previous unit about a year and 3 months ago and the fan control circuit board went out. It was a recalled part, our local contractor did a good job of getting us up and running, but we were confused when we received a bill for labor as the paperwork with our new unit listed a 5 year labor warranty. We called entertech only to learn that they would not cover the labor. I would be hesitant to ever get a unit from this company.
We have been a geothermal contractor in Massachusetts for several years and Hydron / Enertech has always supported us well. I have a sense some of the negative reviews are more related to other dealers not providing good service after the sale. Also, geothermal, no matter the brand, needs to be designed, installed and maintained correctly to be reliable.

Their "customer relations" representative refused to provide me service unless I agreed to continue using a contractor who left me and my twin preemie newborns without heat in Minnesota in January. As with the multiple other 1-star reviews, I strongly suggest you avoid this company.
