Daisy is fun, energizing and easy to follow. Her Zumba classes are full of energy and great music! She makes it easy to follow if you're just starting out and fun moves if you are more advanced. She always has a positive energy and a smile on her face! Her yoga classes are great for all levels. I have been doing yoga for about six years now and she challenges me but also explains the poses in detail. She has helped me improve my practice in the way she explains the proper form and benefits of each pose.
I always look forward to these classes!!! Daisy's energy and enthusiasm is contagious and make these classes a ton of fun! I highly recommend her classes!
This is my “looking forward to it“ part of my day. Whether it’s having fun smiling dancing and being silly with Zumba or relaxing stretching and being calm with yoga - both are amazing! Highly suggest you try it!
