Awesome reviews led me and my friend to EnergyX Fitness while at a conference in San Antonio (visiting from Seattle)... and they did not disappoint. We got the opportunity to attend four different classes with three different instructors and each was absolutely fantastic. We felt welcomed from the minute we walked in. Classes were approachable and modifications were aplenty so that all attendees could find their perfect fit for each move. Hidden in hemisphere near Lick I’ve come to several of the yoga classes great instructors highly recommend. In addition, you can park in the lot next-door very convenient and parking has given in class
Was in town for a few days and tried a few of their classes. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!
We were in town for a long weekend and got a couple of great drop in workouts.
