I would use Kevin and Thermador Repair for all home services if I were able to. I used the company for fixing multiple appliances; the service is worth 5 stars. They've been professional, knowledgable, on time.... and best of all, will not rush you into a repair that may not be needed. I don't know what more one can ask for.

Kevin is awesome. He came out on time, diagnosed the problem with our fridge, and had it repaired in 20 min. The cost was very reasonable and his expertise was evident. It was also very clear that he is an honest guy who does not cut corners to make an extra buck. He even checked our oven, answered a few questions, and gave us some good advice free of charge. All around solid dude.

Very pleased with this company. Brad arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment time and had completed the repair in about 20 minutes. My fridge was broken and Brad found the problem. I would recommend this company for appliance repairs.

Right from the start of the phone pick up the customer service from James set the positive tone. Lawrence came out to look at our refrigerator and what potentially could've been much more costly to replace, Lawrence was able to find the parts to fix instead. He advised us on what to do/not do and the parts were in within a few days. Lawrence installed the parts, no complaints. Thermador Repair is a very professional, reputable company and they will be the first we call if we need appliance services again. Thank you!

I contacted Thermador Repair to come and check out my Thermador oven as I had some concerns with the convection oven feature. My call was returned quickly and an appointment was set up to come out within 2 hours. Alex came to assess my oven and ensure that it worked correctly. He was very professional and ensured that the quality of his work was both comprehensive and tidy. He was a great representative of the company and thorough. Thank you Thermador Repair!
