According to their map no power is lost in one of the county's they provide for even though power is out and from the looks of it a good portion of the city (i can't be 100% of how much obviously) and it's been long enough for them to have gotten reports about the outage
Today, we had our power disconnected. This was the second time this has happened since having EU. We have gone 2 years with no issues, then all of a sudden we are no longer getting paper statements to pay our bill. On the phone they said they sent an email, I said I never got it. Then I had to pay a connection fee to get it back on. Twice this has happened, after 2 months going by without a word from them that the bill is past due.
