Normally everyone is super nice when i talk to them but this last rep that i gad was very unfriendly. not like them at all. Just needed some help with payments and couldnt get it. Not a very happy customer
Terrible with outages. I live on a street that is split by companies. The other half of the street barely loses power. If they do, it's back up in 2 hours. My power has been put for 36 hours before. Response time for them lacks in rapid response.
Loss of power is understandable in inclement weather. The problem with EU is they decline to provide ETA on restoration AT ALl. Regardless of length, you can’t tell me 8 hours later EU has no clue of ETA of addressing and this is a consistent theme of gross neglect of keeping paid customers informed. Somehow a person in Gaston knows their ETA but I live 3 minutes from site and no one at EU has a clue on addressing This is NOT about thinking solutions are magically addressed but to suggest NO One say EU can update 8 hours lat... read more
I thank God, during every storm for Energy United. Our power in Sherrills Ford may flicker off, then quickly on during harsh storms, at the longest its been maybe 15 minutes. However I've lived here 12 years and never had hours or days without power like so many Duke customers.
