I've been with Energy United for a few years now and am very happy. Customer service has been great with them, and they are always quick to address any issues. In the past year I've had a loose guy wire and a security light that went out. Both times they had a crew out in less than 2 days.
According to their map no power is lost in one of the county's they provide for even though power is out and from the looks of it a good portion of the city (i can't be 100% of how much obviously) and it's been long enough for them to have gotten reports about the outage
