The best in N.C.
Steve telling me to not call back when I have funeral home calling me for final arrangements for family and this company CONSISTENTLY giving out my private info simply because for some stupid reason they listed MY WORK number as my private number. They truly need to retrain. I wish there were other options for electric!!!!
Normally everyone is super nice when i talk to them but this last rep that i gad was very unfriendly. not like them at all. Just needed some help with payments and couldnt get it. Not a very happy customer
