Have had nothing but good reliable service. Had a company once informed me that our fire place needed replaced to the tune of $4K to $5K. I ended up changing companies and when I had our fireplace serviced last year by Thompson the service man did an excellent job. He ended up corrected problems with our fireplace that apparently were caused by the previous company. We’ve had a great experience with this Thompson Gas. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and genuinely seemed to care about us as customers. They showed up exactly when they said they would—not within a vague 8-hour window like many other companies, which was a refreshing change. We also really appreciate the metered option they offer—it’s been a more cost-effective solution compared to our previous provider. Overall, highly recommend!

I don’t usually have complaints but I do today. At 12:53 my power went out. I got a notification at 12:57 that there is a “planned power outage” in my area until 4:30. It couldn’t have come at a worse time for my family. I know accidents happen but if you’re going to “plan” a power outage, maybe you should notify your customers of the “plan” so we can plan our days around it. I received no call ahead of time and no email prior to this and it is a little frustrating.

I have consistently received excellent service and have never run out of propane with the auto refill option. Simply prepay, ensuring that I never have to worry about running low. All the employees that I have interacted with have been highly professional.

Tree was on the power line since around 11AM this morning. Powerline is in the road. Yall came put caution tape on it and left. There are kids in the neighborhood that could have gotten fried #1. Now around 1250 AM It went out about 14 hours latter. It's the fact that it could have killed someone and sat there all day. If it would have been taken care of the power might not have went out. The power line is laying in the road. And that's not a priority??? Correction::: yall fixed it pretty fast. I know it was a sketchy storm.... read more
