This company has been extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, they’re the only option available in my area, or I would never have chosen them. After buying a new house, I had to replace the AC unit, appliances and they required an unusually large deposit, supposedly because of “credit.” Obviously my credit took a hit—I just purchased a home and an HVAC system and appliances. Their claim of “helping people” feels completely misleading.
