Tree was on the power line since around 11AM this morning. Powerline is in the road. Yall came put caution tape on it and left. There are kids in the neighborhood that could have gotten fried #1. Now around 1250 AM It went out about 14 hours latter. It's the fact that it could have killed someone and sat there all day. If it would have been taken care of the power might not have went out. Utility pole was placed too close to my driveway was struck by a truck. Now it costs 6000 dollars . And they want 10,000 to move it so they got you and ain't nothing you can do about it I hope they choke. They had Brinkley walser and Stoner sue me for $6,000 for the cost of the pole. I'll never forget it. I'm contacting the regulatory committee about no offices open either. They had no where for me to pay my bill in cash. Customer service said I could put in drip box. I have used Thompson Gas for about 4 years and I simply love them. The ladies in the office are always proffesional and friendly. The delivery guys are the best. I call when I need a refil of my tank and they are there promptly. Their prices are affordable and being on a fixed income this is important. Thanks Thompson Gas for your great service!
Worst people ever money hungry can't even give someone 24 hr to make a payment I wish I could go to duke power at least they will give someone who is disabled and in a wheelchair time to make a payment they don't care about anything but money not even 24 hr
