Found these guys off of Duke Energy's referral program for upgrading my attic insulation. These guys worked at our home in January when the outside temperatures were in the teens! Everyone had a great attitude and engaged with my wife and self, explaining what they were going to do and what they had done at the end. They were very efficient and I would recommend them to anyone thinking about additional insulation for the attic!
My home is 25 minutes from their location but out of their service area, yet Mike agreed to extend to my remote residence. His customer service was outstanding and the crew was very cordial. After their insulation process I was then redoing the electric and the electrician relayed strong cold wind coming through the sockets. Mike and his crew are great. They quickly removed old attic insulation and added new insulation a couple years ago. Recently, when I reached out to Mike about an issue we noticed in the attic, they came and took a look the very next day and within 3 days they resolved the problem. Would absolutely recommend their services.
