I worked with EnergySmart after hearing about the rebates available from efficiency Vermont. I was not disappointed. The final bill was $1000 less than they originally thought, they were able to get in to do the job one week early, the crew was completely autonomous, and they were able to get a 50% air leakage reduction throughout our home. My experience with EnergySmart was excellent, all the way from initial contact (cordial, helpful, informative) to audit (thorough, detailed, clear) and subsequent weatherization (timely, efficient, careful), and they even vacuumed the area they worked in and walked through in our house, leaving things cleaner than when they arrived. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Will no doubt use EnergySmart in the future for other related projects and advice.

I had a very good experience with Energy Smart recently, following on the heels of a disappointing one with a different weatherization business. I wish I'd gone to them in the first place! It was easy to make an appt. with the person conducting the energy audit and he was very helpful, answering all my questions about the house. The work crew showed up when they were scheduled and quickly had all the items on the list done, leaving the house in good order.

I was completely satisfied with the work and especially the professionalism of the staff that did the work. The crew was respectful of the property and took all the necessary precautions to leave my home exactly as they found it. Questions were answered thoughtfully. The crew was good natured and I enjoyed working with them.
