Definitely would not recommend this company. Initially, David was polite and helpful in advising how to insulate my family home. Approximately 5 months ago, I paid upfront for the supply and delivery of CSR insulation batts and later engaged the company to complete the installation. Unfortunately, the installation workmanship was poor. Large areas of the ceiling space were left without insulation, some sections were excessively overlapped, and there were long gaps between batts. I called Energysmart a bit confused. I went with powersmart. Dont ever use them. Head office is Brisbane & they weren't interested in helping me at all! Palmed me off to a warranty number.A Hard to understand no help overseas contact with no care or resolution. Energy smart helped me more out of good will than the business I paid to install my system. Its rare & hard to find these days. Dave, hats off. Thank you! Professional service from the start, the guys that completed the installation were polite & efficient. Highly recommend.
Had Dave from Energy Smart install 4 skylights into the residence. Could not believe the difference after the install with how much natural light was now being let inside. Massive changes for the better as I now don’t need to switch on lights in some of these areas. Very grateful to Dave for a smooth experience. Cannot fault the customer service given from him. I purchased a bluetooth dongle for my solar controller online and it was shipped and received in a very timely manner. The price of the unit was also very good and considering that they are in Mackay and I am in Sydney, I am very happy. I'll be back.
