I called Energysmart a bit confused. I went with powersmart. Dont ever use them. Head office is Brisbane & they weren't interested in helping me at all! Palmed me off to a warranty number.A Hard to understand no help overseas contact with no care or resolution. Energy smart helped me more out of good will than the business I paid to install my system. Its rare & hard to find these days. Dave, hats off. Thank you! I wish I had of gone with Energysmart Mackay. Nice work

Had Dave from Energy Smart install 4 skylights into the residence. Could not believe the difference after the install with how much natural light was now being let inside. Massive changes for the better as I now don’t need to switch on lights in some of these areas. Very grateful to Dave for a smooth experience. Cannot fault the customer service given from him. I purchased a bluetooth dongle for my solar controller online and it was shipped and received in a very timely manner. The price of the unit was also very good and considering that they are in Mackay and I am in Sydney, I am very happy. I'll be back.
