EnergyPal purported to support me through the installation process, but in reality, my project had numerous delays and errors in installation that resulted in 7 months before the project could be completed and turned on. Avoid solar installations with energypal at all costs - they are just glorified middleman who will take a cut, you are much better off dealing with a local installer who keep/offer all services in house. We had a really poor experience dealing with Ben from energypal. His pitch was that he would partner with us and look out for our best interest. Throughout our discussions he came across as impatient and rude, caring only about closing the deal. AVOID.

Very professional, a pleasure to work with, able to answer all my questions. Communication is excellent.
Glen from Energypal walked me through all the ins and outs of solar, especially in my state and what the range of costs would be. He then worked to find me good firms to get quotes from. I enjoyed being able to learn from someone so knowledgeable. Would definitely work with them again
