I am extremely disappointed with this company. My solar panel stopped working while still under the 10-year warranty, and I have been trying to get help for months. The first time I called, they answered and assured me they would take care of the issue. But after that, it has been a nightmare. From the second to the fifth call, they simply ignored me. Extremely Disappointing Experience with EnergyPal and Axia by Qcells I purchased a solar system through EnergyPal on February 17, 2025, which was to be installed by Axia by Qcells. As of July 15—nearly five months later—I still have no working system, and not even a permit has been approved. The delays have been due to Axia's repeated mishandling of the permitting process.
