Jim evaluated my home and recommend insulation and energy-efficiency improvements. I had done a fair amount of research ahead of time, and Jim took the time to walk me through the pros and cons of different solutions I'd read about and helped me prioritize where to start. Attic insulation. I can deep dive and learn how to DIY things around the house but I figured attic insulators have faster tools than me so it'd be worth it to pay for it. I still did a couple hours of research, I knew what I wanted but wanted the contractors to quote me what they thought was best.
