I immediately got the ICK taste in my mouth when the owner was telling me how she wouldn’t accept those who are use used to $200/month group fitness classes and she was extremely particular in who she accepted. Gross. Entitled. Cut the convo then.
Great gym. Great people. If you want to be pushed to the point of vomiting while laughing at the same time then you need the energy zone!!!!
Very rude owner, bad energy and attitude.
Great place, classes are adapted to people of all skill levels. They are challenging with instructors offering modifications. The owner Julie cares deeply about students health and well-being. I am grateful I found Energy Zone Fitness.
