We received a text and call from the service technician prior to the appointment; the service time was 12 noon and he was here at that time; the gentleman was very pleasant, performed the ac and heating tuneup; perfect! Courteous, very pleasant, we're very pleased with energy unlimited and we tell folks about you, too!
