Criminal sales tactics. They sell “exchange” propane cylinders, which is fine if that’s what they were. When you buy into the program for a premium price you can exchange your cylinder at anytime regardless of expiry date. Here’s the kicker! You can’t exchange your expired cylinder for an “exchange”. Which I would be fine with if the cylinders they sold were brand new. They’re not.
