My experience is worth energy Tech at first we're good but when we found out the quality of the sliding glass door that he put in for us has been nothing but trouble the handle is broke the door don't want to slide I've had to call him out several times to fix these things the door is just nothing but more trouble now it's very dangerous for us I have three grandchildren living under the age of 6 with me and now if there's a fire in the house I can't even open my sliding glass door went to call him this morning to ask him wh... read more
Jim is an awesome guy, his knowledge of the window and products he sells is outstanding. He is been providing us with windows and doors for our clients for many years and never had a issue.
MIXED Review, to say the least. Jim Evans was a great guy and went through all of the fine details regarding the installation of the doors but... He was late to the appointment. That should have been the first red flag. They were MORE than happy for me to sign the contract and take my down payment but...I had to initiate all communication.
