I had a great experience. I think people need to be educated on human anatomy and realize that your body muscles need to be exercised and also you need to drink plenty of water for muscle health. If your body is dehydrated that will also cause muscle aches. And a massage can be quite painful. But in the end after a few days, your body will feel better, massages improve circulation and blood flow. I’ve been neglecting my body and my muscles are so tight.
